To ensure your return request is processed successfully, please comply with the following conditions:

Return Period

  • Return: Within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

  • Exchange: Within 3 days from delivery.

Product Condition

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • In original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Unused and properly sealed.


Shipping Costs

  • Incorrect Item: The store covers all return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


Refund Method

  • Credit Card: Refund will be processed to the original card within up to 10 business days.

  • Bank Transfer: We will contact you for bank details to process the refund.

  • Cash on Delivery: We will contact you to obtain bank details for refund transfer.

⚠️ Tamara orders are non-refundable due to transaction fees applied regardless of order completion or cancellation.

  2. You will receive a return/exchange shipping label.

  3. Print the label and repackage the item in its original packaging.

  4. Deliver the shipment to the courier office.

  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
